Glen Echo Park Partnership "Functional, Whimsical, Wearable - Wearable Art Exhibition" featuring a variety of adornments, including fiber art, clothing, and sculptural jewelry. The exhibit runs from August 16th through September 14, 2014. Gallery is open on weekends Saturdays and Sundays from 12-6pm. Reception: Friday, September 12, 6 to 8pm, as part of Art Walk in the Park.

Been a long time since the last blog post....here is the finished shawl....she's been adopted :)

Huge new project...

Tables nested together in a 4x8 rectangle.  Hand dyed piece of silk, merino wool fibers, reclaimed silks.  What am I up to now?

The go with all colors.  Neutral and would go great with a bright colored coat.
